Warranty and return policy

In the unlikely event that you have an issue with one of our products, we’re here to offer a straightforward warranty and returns policy to help you resolve any issues:

●You may return undamaged product within thirty days of shipment for a full refund, minus a 10% restocking fee.

●1-year first-class quality guarantee

  1. Asianda digital signage is durable. We stand by our craft. If something goes wrong with our product, we will replace or repair it.
  1. All Asianda products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects from the date of purchase. Normal wear and tear and neglect or battery misuse are not covered by this warranty (see product manual). If the product is deemed to have been used improperly, you will be charged $150 per hour for repairs, plus parts and shipping.
  2. For warranty claims, please contact the original place of purchase, the product may need to be shipped back to us (Asianda) for further inspection.

●4% bank fee is paid by the buyer.

●All accessories and freebies come with a 1-year warranty

●Free product analysis and lifetime free technical support.

●This warranty applies only to the original owner (not transferable).

●Each item can only be exchanged for free once.

●Customers should pay return shipping costs when returning items or inspecting warranty parts. Asianda will refund shipping costs on eligible returns. Please note that some battery returns may require special documentation and packaging, and in order to comply with shipping regulations, additional charges will apply in these cases. For all return shipping, we recommend using a local delivery service such as a FedEx office or a UPS store.

●If your product has quality issues, please contact [email protected] for help diagnosing the problem. If a product does not meet our high quality requirements, we will provide you with replacement parts or original repair parts at no additional cost. We will not send replacement parts until we have received your returned part and completed an inspection to determine the cause of the problem. Asianda is not responsible for returns.

●The warranty does not cover DIY modifications or damage caused by gross negligence or misuse.
